Hemingway did it and wrote about it, and everywhere tourists gather near an ocean, some local with a boat is offering it: Big-Game Fishing, Deep-Sea Fishing, Blue Water Fishing, it is known by many names, but in the end it comes down to the ultimate struggle between man and marine animal. Every person with a passion for fishing has a story of the one that got away and a dream of catching the big one, but if you were in a yacht on the perfect day with the clear sky and calm water, which species would you be rooting for to take a bite of your bait? In other words; which Big-Game fish would you brag most about having caught?

    Marlin

    Includes the Black, the Blue and the Striped Marlin. The Marlin is easily recognised by its long snout resembling a sailor's marlinspike, and grows to a size of 6 meters and 800 kg. The old fisherman Santiago from Hemingway's "The Old Man and the Sea" catches a Marlin in the waters of Cuba.
